Who we are
RunRoutinely (“we,” “us”) builds AI agents that handle phone calls, quoting, follow-ups, and reviews for home services businesses. This page explains what information we collect when you visit runroutinely.com or work with us as a client, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact info you give us — name, email, phone, company — when you book a call or send us a message.
- Voice recordings — when a client uses our AI quoting tool, audio is recorded and transcribed to draft an estimate. Recordings are stored only as long as needed to deliver the quote.
- Customer data we process for clients — phone numbers, addresses, job details — handled under each client’s direction.
- Basic site analytics — page views and aggregate traffic via Vercel Analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, deliver and improve services to clients, and run the business. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use customer data for advertising.
SMS & phone communications
Where we send SMS on behalf of a client (e.g. reactivation or review requests), messages are sent to that client’s customer list with that client’s authorization, and include opt-out instructions (reply STOP). Message and data rates may apply. We comply with carrier requirements including A2P 10DLC registration.
Sharing
We use service providers (e.g. Vercel for hosting, n8n Cloud for workflow execution, Twilio for telephony, Anthropic and OpenAI for language models) under their respective terms. We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing the address below. If you’re a customer of one of our clients, contact that client directly for data requests.
